Our company undertakes the steel structure project of Erlitou Ruins Museum

The Erlitou site Museum project covers an area of 208 mu, with a construction scale of 31000 square meters and a total investment of 0.63 billion yuan.

Recently, our company signed a steel structure project contract with Henan Guoan Construction Group Co., Ltd., the general contractor of Erlitou site Museum project. This is the second time that our company has cooperated with Henan Guoan Construction Group after Luoyang Local Chronicles Museum project.

The Erlitou site, located in Yanshi, Luoyang, covers an area of about 3 million square meters, and its age range is roughly 1900 BC to 1500 BC. It is the capital remains of the middle and late Xia Dynasty, which is a key site to explore the Xia and Shang civilization and its boundary, and has a very important position. Since 1959, the site has been excavated with a total area of more than 40000 square meters.

As a major cultural project of the country's "13th Five-Year Plan", the Party Central Committee and the State Council attach great importance to the protection of the Erlitou site. On June 11, 2017, as a national, provincial, and municipal key cultural project, the construction of the Erlitou Site Museum began. Premier Li Keqiang of the State Council made important instructions to congratulate the foundation laying of the Erlitou Site Museum and put forward clear requirements for the construction work.

The Erlitou site Museum project covers an area of 208 mu, with a construction scale of 31000 square meters and a total investment of 0.63 billion yuan. It is planned to be completed in October 2019, when it will become a demonstration area for the protection, display and utilization of large sites in the country.
